Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and z5555 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in relation to your use of the z5555 website accessible at https://z5555.club and all associated services, games, betting markets, payment facilities, and promotional offerings made available through the platform.

By registering an account on z5555, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in any promotional offer, or otherwise accessing any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be unconditionally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any part of the z5555 platform.

z5555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account, or via a prominent notice on the z5555 website. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

Section 2

Eligibility & Registration

To register an account on z5555 and access any of the platform's games, betting markets, or payment services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your account remains active.

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. z5555 strictly prohibits gambling by individuals under the age of 18. If we have reason to believe that a registered player is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification, and any funds held in the account will be frozen until the matter is resolved.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be subject to any court order, legal restriction, or mental incapacity that would prevent you from entering into contracts.
• Single Account: Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on z5555. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different names or contact details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order placed on your z5555 account or any other self-exclusion agreement that would prohibit you from participating in online gambling activities.
• Own Funds: You must only gamble using funds that belong to you. Using funds obtained through illegal means, or gambling on behalf of a third party, is strictly prohibited.

Section 3

Account Management

Once your z5555 account is registered and verified, you are responsible for managing it in accordance with these Terms. The following rules apply to all active z5555 accounts at all times.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the z5555 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). z5555 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges, for which z5555 bears no responsibility.

• Withdrawal Verification: Before processing any withdrawal, z5555 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures. This may include submitting a copy of a government-issued photo ID and proof of the payment method used for the initial deposit. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until verification is satisfactorily completed.
• Same-Method Rule: Withdrawals will, where possible, be processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and is applied consistently across all player accounts.
• Withdrawal Limits: Minimum withdrawal amounts are as shown in the table above. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and are published in the payment section of the z5555 player dashboard. Players with VIP status may be eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits subject to individual account review.
• Bonus Wagering: Funds derived from bonuses may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Attempting to withdraw bonus-derived funds before completing wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
• Fraudulent Transactions: Any deposit found to have been made using stolen, fraudulent, or disputed payment credentials will result in immediate account suspension, reversal of the deposit, and referral to the relevant authorities. z5555 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and financial institutions in cases of suspected fraud.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

z5555 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which supplement these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (and, in some cases, the qualifying deposit amount) must be staked before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Validity Period: Every bonus has a stated validity period during which the wagering requirement must be completed. If the requirement is not met within the validity period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be automatically removed from the player's account.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless a specific promotion explicitly permits stacking, only one active bonus may be held in a player account at any given time. Depositing while a bonus is active may affect the bonus balance in ways described in the individual promotion terms.
• Abuse and Exploitation: z5555 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes, without limitation: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated tools to complete wagering requirements, placing low-risk or risk-free combinations of bets designed to circumvent wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to exploit bonuses. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be permanently suspended and all balances forfeited.
• Seasonal Promotions: z5555 regularly offers promotions timed to coincide with events important to Bangladeshi players, including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, Independence Day, BPL season, and major cricket tournaments. These promotions are subject to their own terms and are available for the stated promotional period only.
• Right to Modify or Withdraw: z5555 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to eligible players via the platform or email.

Betting & Game Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through the z5555 platform. Specific rules for individual games, bet types, and sporting events are published in the relevant sections of the z5555 platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

Section 8

Intellectual Property

All content published on the z5555 platform — including, without limitation, the z5555 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, images, video content, software code, game interfaces, betting markets, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of z5555 or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• Limited Licence: z5555 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any z5555 content.
• Prohibited Uses: You may not: (a) copy, scrape, crawl, or index any part of the z5555 website using automated tools; (b) reproduce z5555 branding, logos, or promotional materials without express written permission; (c) reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of any z5555 software; or (d) create derivative works based on z5555 content.
• Third-Party Content: Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Playtech, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios. Access to their games through the z5555 platform does not confer any intellectual property rights upon the player.
• Reporting Infringement: If you believe that any content on the z5555 platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please submit a written notice to [email protected] describing the allegedly infringing material and providing evidence of your ownership of the relevant rights. z5555 will investigate all valid notices promptly and take appropriate action.

Section 9

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, z5555 and its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and technology providers shall not be liable to you for any loss, damage, or expense of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

• Service Availability: z5555 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may temporarily limit access to some or all features. z5555 will not be liable for any losses incurred during periods of platform unavailability.
• Network and Device Issues: z5555 is not responsible for losses arising from connectivity problems, browser incompatibilities, device failures, or any other technical issue occurring on the player's side of the connection. It is the player's responsibility to ensure they have a stable internet connection before placing bets or engaging in live casino play.
• Third-Party Services: z5555 integrates with third-party payment providers and game studios whose systems operate independently of the z5555 platform. z5555 cannot be held liable for delays, errors, or service failures originating from third-party systems, including payment processing delays by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any bank partner.
• Indirect Losses: Under no circumstances shall z5555 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Maximum Liability Cap: Where liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable law, z5555's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your z5555 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Amendments & Termination

z5555 reserves the right to amend, update, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments may be made for a variety of reasons including, without limitation, changes in applicable law or regulation, changes to the z5555 product offering, corrections of errors or ambiguities, and updates to reflect new business practices or payment methods.

• Notice of Changes: Where an amendment materially affects your rights or obligations under these Terms, z5555 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via the email address registered to your account and via a prominent banner on the z5555 website. Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter meaning) may be made without prior notice.
• Continued Use as Acceptance: Your continued use of the z5555 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
• Termination by z5555: z5555 may terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, subject to returning any confirmed balance held in your account via your verified payment method. Where termination is due to a breach of these Terms, z5555 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation.
• Survival of Clauses: Termination of these Terms or closure of your z5555 account shall not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to termination, nor shall it affect any clause of these Terms that is expressly or by implication intended to remain in effect after termination, including without limitation the clauses on intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution.
• Governing Language: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
